These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SwiftVisit app and related services ("SwiftVisit"), operated by Anas Raed, Arab Republic of Egypt ("we", "us"). By signing in to or using SwiftVisit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SwiftVisit.
1. Who can use SwiftVisit
SwiftVisit is a business tool. Companies that subscribe to SwiftVisit ("your company") issue accounts to their staff. You may use SwiftVisit only with an account provided by your company, for your company's business, and only if you are at least 18 years old. Your company may have its own policies on how you use SwiftVisit; these Terms do not replace them.
2. Your account
- Keep your password confidential and do not share your account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell your company administrator or us immediately if you think your account has been misused.
- Your company can create, suspend, or delete your account and change your role at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- enter false, misleading, or unlawful information, including fake visits, sales, or collections;
- access data or accounts you are not authorized to access, or try to bypass security or permission controls;
- copy, reverse engineer, resell, or disrupt SwiftVisit, except where the law allows it;
- upload viruses or harmful content, or use SwiftVisit to harass anyone or violate their rights;
- use the app while driving in an unsafe way. Follow traffic laws and only interact with the app when it is safe to do so.
4. Your data and your company's data
- Business data entered into SwiftVisit (clients, visits, sales, collections, and related files) belongs to your company. You allow us to host, process, and display that data only to provide SwiftVisit to you and your company.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including location data.
5. Maps, navigation, and location
Routes, travel times, and maps come from third parties and are for guidance only. They may be inaccurate or out of date. Always use your own judgment and obey road signs and traffic laws. Location-based reminders depend on your device settings, battery, and signal, and may not always trigger.
6. Records, amounts, and prices
SwiftVisit helps you record sales, orders, payments, and targets, but it is not an accounting, tax, or payment service and it does not move money. Your company is responsible for checking that prices, amounts, and balances are correct.
7. Availability and updates
We work to keep SwiftVisit available, and we may update, change, or remove features. The app may download updates automatically. Some features need an internet connection, and data entered offline may sync later. We may suspend access for maintenance, for security, or if these Terms are breached.
8. Intellectual property
SwiftVisit, including its software, design, and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your company's business while your account is active.
9. Third-party services
SwiftVisit relies on third-party services such as maps and cloud hosting. Their terms may apply to your use of those features, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Disclaimers
SwiftVisit is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of SwiftVisit. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using SwiftVisit at any time. Your access ends when your company deletes or suspends your account or stops using SwiftVisit, or if we suspend it because these Terms were breached. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as sections 8, 10, 11, and 14) continue after your access ends.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will show the updated Terms in the app, and for significant changes we will ask you to accept them again. If you keep using SwiftVisit after that, the updated Terms apply.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The competent Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
